BasketWatch: Irish Tesco/Dunnes/Lidl retailer listing source.
The *_basketwatch.csv files contain derived Levels and driver categories with
record names/brands/retailers only. No full ingredient declaration, matched fragment,
raw supplier row, supplier ID or supplier URL is redistributed. These files are
not licensed under the OFF ODbL grant. No broader supplier-data licence is granted.
UK BasketWatch coverage is unavailable; no UK BasketWatch files are provided.

Fields: name and brand are recorded identities (possibly blank); retailer identifies
the Irish listing retailer where available; barcode (OFF only) is a country-tagged
record identifier, to be imported as text; Level is FoodSussed rubric 1.4.6's
ingredient-only NOVA-informed estimate, not official NOVA or a health/safety rating;
driver_codes are algorithmic marker categories separated by |, not ingredient text.
An empty driver field means no Level-4 driver recorded. Drivers can overlap.

Counting units: retailer-product IDs for BasketWatch, country-tagged barcodes for OFF.
Latest Irish retailer-product listings were deduplicated before selection; repeated
retailers, pack sizes and flavours remain. OFF country samples can overlap.
Headline files: christmas_ireland.csv, christmas_uk.csv,
january_ireland.csv, january_uk.csv.
Irish OFF files are supplementary, not pooled with Irish headlines.

Scored records only. Names, declarations and tags may be wrong, incomplete or stale;
no current shelf availability is implied. No ingredient text or product images are
included. These files can recount Levels but cannot reproduce classification or
selection without the excluded records, declarations and locked method evidence.
